FERPA
PeachPilot is designed to support compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act. Staff are asked not to enter student names or identifying information, and PeachPilot checks for likely student information before anything is sent.
Georgia Student Data Privacy
PeachPilot is built to support districts' obligations under Georgia's Student Data Privacy, Accessibility, and Transparency Act (O.C.G.A. § 20-2-660 et seq.). Districts should review their own data agreements with their legal counsel.
We never sell data
PromptGenix LLC does not sell, rent, or share district or student data for advertising or any other commercial purpose.
No AI training
Nothing you type into PeachPilot and nothing it writes for you is used to train AI models.
Data retention
Your district chooses how long saved work is kept (30, 90, or 365 days). After that, it is automatically deleted.
Activity records
District administrators can see who used which assistant and when — but not what was typed or written.
